We determined that the proposed design, quality, and sustainability credentials could be improved to meet market expectations. By enhancing the existing scheme, we developed a new and thoroughly-evidenced business plan. This took the best of the existing design and improved various features to drive better sustainability (such as Carbon expenditure) and design outcomes.

The scheme took a twenty year old building and re-imagined it for the twenty first century. This provided a dynamic, contemporary and genuinely sustainable workspace for Manchester, in the heart of the city and adjacent to the Rochdale Canal.
