Completing the development will require reconciling a diverse breadth of needs and expectations, including satisfying influential local stakeholders who seek meaningful, long-term improvements.

The development approach is the epitome of combining the best of the old with the carefully curated new design. The retention of the neo-Georgian façade on Soho Square is thoughtfully integrated into a wider development that aims to deliver modern, flexible office space for a range of occupiers. An affordable workspace is also proposed, allowing for new businesses or SMEs to thrive. In addition, a new public realm space, activating a tired and unloved rear service yard is a key feature of the design. The restaurant space being delivered adjacent to the public realm space, alongside the improved connectivity between Soho Square and Dean Street that this space provides, gives Soho a new, exciting and convenient space for the public space to dwell and socialise.

The bold, ambitious approach will deliver a genuinely sustainable development, with features that address the market requirements and align with the client's commercial objectives.

At the time of writing this story remains incomplete, with a planning decision anticipated in 2026. However we include it here as the nature and complexity of its challenge embody our passion for our work.
