Initially qualified as a lawyer, Rachel has more than 20 years' property experience in the UK, Australia and Europe. She has been responsible for planning, letting and delivery of numerous developments including commercial office, hotel, student, major shopping centre and mixed-use regeneration.
Prior to joining Simten, Rachel spent over a decade as Head of Property Development at pan-European commercial property investor, CLS Holdings plc. She has also held positions in Development at Lend Lease Europe and Leasing at Westfield Shoppingtowns. Rachel takes a design led approach to her schemes with a meticulous focus on the detail.
Rachel holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate, Diploma in Project Management from Reading University and LLB, Victoria University, NZ.
