This beautifully sculpted new building incorporated hand-made Kolumba bricks from Petersen Tegl in Denmark to create an elegant and also timely addition to Clerkenwell, being very close to the new Crossrail station. Passive low energy features are at the heart of the building, with underfloor displacement ventilation and cooling, opening windows and exposed thermal mass. The entire office element of the building was let before completion to Publicis Groupe.
