While at Muse and in conjunction with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Al formulated site wide strategies for the 65 acre Basing View as well as producing and delivering the site wide Masterplan. Al led the forward fund agreement with John Lewis at Home at Waitrose store. The delivery of this initial phase of the regeneration of Basing View was very well received by Basingstoke & Deane, as it acted as a further catalyst for mixed use development across the site as well as the creation of employment and amenity for local people.
