This former annex of the Westminster Hospital had been previously converted to an office but was now dated, forgotten and in dire need of regeneration. The project addressed this by a comprehensive refurbishment, with the addition of significant new area, coupled with an entirely new envelope using clinker-fired bricks from Petersen Tegl in Denmark. The completely repositioned building a was let to Burberry, creating an attractive campus with their other nearby office.

Ed provided development management services from acquisition through to completion.
