To deliver contemporary and light-infused space, the decision was made to remove two of every three perimeter columns to provide significantly larger windows. This move offered the opportunity to reconsider the tired façade cladding, which we propose to replace with a boldly-coloured panel that is both respectful of Waterhouse Square, but that also allows the building to hold confidently its position in the streetscape.
