Regent's Place is a mixed use, business and retail 13 acre campus in London. Triton Street represented the first phase of the redevelopment and delivered 350,000 sq ft of offices and despite the challenging leasing environment, was let to Aegis Advertising Group, Gazprom and others, 6 months ahead of business plan. 

Osnaburgh Street consisted of 167 apartments, including a significant affordable element. Average sales values for the private residential were 20% above the expected return.
