While at Almacantar, Al led the resolution of a number of major pre-construction aspects of this 54 residential unit, 100,000 sq ft and 30,000 sq ft mixed use redevelopment. In addition to submitting and attaining planning, Al successfully negotiated the Section 106 agreement, which included the delivery of 47 affordable apartments on Edgware Road.
