In a joint venture with Barratt Homes, British Land and the London Borough of Southwark, Al acted as Client Development Director, overseeing the joint venture on behalf of British Land in the delivery of 900 new homes, a new library and public plaza. Based in London’s zone 2, this part of the Canada Water regeneration was the pre-curser to British Land’s 46 acre Canada Water Regeneration project.
